No Lights No Lycra

No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is an inclusive, nonjudgmental, drug, and alcohol-free event that encourages individuals from all walks of life to participate in free-form dance. Dance and Biomechanics is a special topics course in the Health and Exercise Science Department, which has served as a platform to further explore the interaction between these disciplines. NLNL helps to further the merging of arts and sciences, while imparting enhanced physical and mental well-being in students and community-dwelling individuals.
This project was renewed in Fall 2024.
